This Privacy Policy explains how Nutri-K ("we", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Nutri-K mobile app, web dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated automatically as you use the Service:
- Account data — name, email, phone number, password, and admin/role assignment.
- Health & nutrition data — profile type, age, gender, dietary goals, food intake logs, measurements, allergies, intolerances, supplements, and meal plans you or your nutritionist record.
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, search queries, and timestamps.
- Device data — IP address, device type, OS version, language preference, crash reports.
How we use information
We use your information to:
- Provide the Service — authenticate you, store your data, and sync it across devices.
- Personalize recommendations — generate meal plans, track adherence, and surface relevant tips.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- Improve the Service — debug issues, measure feature adoption, and develop new features.

We share data only with: your assigned nutritionist or admin (within Nutri-K); service providers who process data on our behalf under written agreements (hosting, email, analytics, error tracking); and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion at any time (see your rights below).
