These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nutri-K ("we", "our") — the Nutri-K mobile app, web dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance
By accessing the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Share your account credentials, or impersonate another person or entity.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or interfere with its operation.
No medical advice
Nutri-K provides nutrition tracking, meal planning, and informational content. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or take medication.
Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycle, renewal terms, and refund eligibility are presented at the time of purchase and are subject to the app store or payment processor through which you subscribe.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data you submit (logs, measurements, photos, notes). You grant Nutri-K a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your content solely to operate the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutri-K shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nutri-K is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
